Our cacao powder is special breed – we source only single origin fine flavour Ecuadorian Arriba criollo non-hybrid cacao. The beans are hand-selected, fermented, dried and lightly roasted to perfection. Our cacao does not go through a “Dutch” process nor alkalized in any way. Giddy Yo Cacao Powder has a deep, powerful, rich chocolate flavour characterized by a blend of earthy nutty notes, and is processed at low temperatures from start to finish to maximize quality and taste while maintaining nutritional integrity.
